I see a lot of people posting their bad experiences with this shipping company. But, for me it was a great service, my package got delivered within 16 days, which was earlier than expected, and I got to keep tracking of my package. Overall I had a good experience

Took 14 days for a package to come from China to Canada. That\'s good and very reasonable considering I\'ve waited 2 weeks for packages just from the USA. First time using this service and I have absolutely no reservations using ePacket again.

People have to recognize epacket for what it is. Cheap but slow. I feel like a lot of people set high expectations. My orders normally take 2.5weeks to 1 month if shipped promptly from a reliable vendor.
There has been lots of delays and issues with cornavirus pandemic right now. All logistics companies are starting to struggle but people need to choose a different shipping method if they can not wait at least 1 month for the item.

I have been using ePacket since 2 years ago, because I am dropshipper, and It is reliable and cheap. I am from USA, I love my USPS carrier and ePacket works fine guys. I order between 2000 items monthly, 95\% are delivered on time. Of course, you have to check the tracking, returns or alerts. I recommend you ePacket if you are sending items from China.
